Cozy and beautiful apartment with terrace a few steps from the Cathedral of Palermo.



The apartment is located on the third floor of a recently renovated building accessible by stairs, between the Cape Market and the Cathedral. Its highlight is the large terrace, furnished with table and chairs, overlooking the rooftops of the city. The house opens onto the living area, featuring a living room with a sofa, a television, a dining table, and a fully-equipped kitchen with toaster and kettle. The sleeping area is divided into two rooms, one with a queen-size bed and one with a French bed. A room with a desk and a bathroom with shower completes the layout.



*The apartment is located in the ZTL (limited traffic zone) area, therefore we suggest leaving the car in one of the nearby parking and enjoying the old town on foot.

Palermo, one of the most beautiful cities of art in the country and the capital of Sicily, offers the wonder of UNESCO heritage sites that can be visited in the city's four historic quarters. Tourists can take part in the 'Baroque itinerary of Palermo' to visit the city's main monuments, such as the Church of the Santissimo Salvatore, the Church of Santa Maria del Monte Oliveto and the Church of the Conception.
