Each room is equipped with a comfortable double bed, ceiling fan and wardrobes for storing clothing.

The living room has a sofa bed, perfect for hosting two extra people, a comfortable dining table with chairs and wardrobes in full Sicilian style.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all the appliances and utensils needed to prepare delicious meals at home. Includes hob, oven, fridge and more.

The bathroom is equipped with a spacious shower, toilet and toiletries to ensure maximum comfort.

The terrace is the flagship of the apartment, furnished with table, chairs and a small sofa, to enjoy aperitifs at sunset or relaxing breakfasts in the sun. A perfect place to spend unforgettable moments in the open air.

Description of the Mondello and Palermo district

Mondello is one of the most renowned seaside resorts in Sicily, located a short distance from the center of Palermo.

With its crystal clear waters, golden sand and characteristic seafront lined with restaurants and cafes, Mondello is the ideal place to relax and enjoy the sea.

The area is perfect for outdoor activities such as swimming, snorkelling, sailing and windsurfing. The seaside village, with its picturesque colored houses and the tourist port, adds a touch of authentic charm to this enchanting location.

Palermo, the capital of Sicily, is a city rich in history, culture and traditions.

Various shutters would not either open or close. AC in living room only. Portable AC sounded like a moped and. Property would be great with a little bit of maintenance
