The apartment is on the fifth floor of a building with elevator located in a private street with possibility of parking according to availability. The entrance opens onto the living area, consisting of a living room with a sofa and a TV cabinet, and an independent fully-equipped kitchen with an oven, a dishwasher, a kettle and a dining table. Both rooms have a balcony overlooking the street. The sleeping area consists of two bright bedrooms with a queen-size bed and a desk. Finally, a modern bathroom with a bathtub completes the layout.
