" The owner Chuck was a phenomenal host. He was prompt and thorough with his communication. And gave us great insight and suggestions for the area during their Night of Lights event. He consistently followed up with us to ensure everything was up to par and going smoothly. We actually met Chuck while checking out. Very personable and engaging. The property itself was amazing. He provided all the necessary amenities. The place was very clean and very well maintained. We loved the private pool area. Along with the lush landscape. The private balcony was also a nice feature for relaxing. We'll definitely stay here again!"

"Office was able to get us in early. House and neighborhood was great, historic, close to a trolley stop and about a mile walk to St George street. Churches and eating spots within half mile and less. "

"We were grateful to have somewhere to stay after a long day. I think everything would have been fine if it hadn’t been unseasonably cold. I think it’s important to let your guests know that you only provide one space heater especially if the weather is especially cold. I know it’s winter time, but it usually doesn’t get as cold as it did until January/February. It might also be a good idea to update your photos of the boat. It’s a shame that most people don’t follow the rules and help take care of things. St. Augustine is beautiful, and I always enjoy visiting. The San Sebastián Winery is one of my favorite places to visit. The wine is delicious."

"Holy cow this place was great, especially near the holidays. The kids had their own rooms, the kitchen worked out great as did the grill in the backyard, but maybe the best part was the ease of walking into the historic district given how insane the traffic was. We would stay again in a heartbeat."
