My wife and I purchased this apartment in 2021 as a getaway place to relax and enjoy all that downtown Paducah has to offer without having to drive anywhere.

We invite you to enjoy our penthouse house apartment located in historic downtown Paducah with amazing views of Broadway from the front windows or an overview of the city from the large outdoor deck in the back. 4 story walk up. The living area is a spacious place to relax and kickback boosting a 3 bed and 2 ½ bath apartment with over 2500 square feet. The apartment is located within walking distance to local shops, gym, coffee shops, restaurants, art galleries, museums, Carson Center and much more.

The master bedroom features large open concept with skylight and a new king Casper mattress hybrid with adjoining jet tub and marble shower and 2 large walk-in closets to store all your luggage.

The first guest bedroom features a new queen memory foam mattress with skylight and adjoining tub/shower bathroom with large walk-in closet.

The second guest bedroom features a new full size memory foam mattress with a skylight.

There is also a second living room where you can go read, relax, and get some alone time in the back part of the apartment.

Amenities include outdoor furnishings, dishwasher, washer and dryer, stove, refrigerator, coffee maker, central heat and air, kitchen utensils, cookware, dishes, towels, linen, hairdryer, Wifi, and complimentary coffee supplies.
