The apartment, completely renovated and newly furnished, is ideal for those who want to enjoy a stay in a quiet, elegant, and exclusive setting while remaining close to all the points of interest in the famous city of Padua.

The apartment features a living room with a coffee table and two chairs where you can enjoy your meals, a double bed, in front of which you’ll find a 43" Smart TV for a quiet evening watching your favorite shows; this open-concept space also includes the kitchen, where you’ll find appliances such as a toaster, kettle, Nespresso machine, microwave, etc.

In the bathroom, complete with a toilet, sink, and shower, you’ll find a welcome kit (shampoo, body wash, and body lotion) and towels of various sizes.

The apartment is meticulously maintained, equipped with high-speed Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and heating. Although it’s located right in the city center, the apartment has soundproof windows that allow you to enjoy peace and relaxation by completely blocking out outside noise.

You’ll find centralized VMC ventilation—a forced-air recirculation system that manages room humidity and sanitizes the air, eliminating up to 99% of bacteria and viruses present in the air.

Outside, you’ll find a pleasant patio with sofas, armchairs, and coffee tables, where you can enjoy time with friends and family in the open air, relax, and/or work on your computer.
The property also features a laundry room: a washing machine and dryer will be at your disposal so you can wash and hang your clothes comfortably in a space dedicated solely to this purpose.

Guest Access
The apartment is located on the third floor of the building and is easily accessible by elevator or via the building’s stairs.

The entrance to the residence is located at Via del Santo 121.

Directions to the location will be provided after booking, along with information regarding arrival and check-in.

Other things to keep in mind
The exterior door to the property is keyless; simply enter the code provided and wait for the door to open.

Please be careful not to push the door after entering the code, as the door will open and close automatically.
