Great Location

Very nice apartment in a convenient location in Padua. The listing is accurate, the apartment is clean and comfortable. The communication was excellent, check in was easy. The parking is nearby and affordable. We would recommend this property and we would definitely stay here again in the future.

The apartment was in a great location, well appointed and had lots of space. Description and photos are very accurate. Ivan was a great host and helped us with our stay. There was plenty of space for my family of 4.

there were no towel bars. The mechanical toilet is close to the kitchen and it has a very bad odorcoming out of it. No microwave. And salt in the cupboard but no sugar no pepper no olive oil no vinegar and we found our other rentals in Italy to have the basics the location was excellent we could walk to everything and the apartment was very slick and clean

Unresponsive Host, Poor Conditions, and Inconvenient Location – Avoid

We booked this property for a special family occasion and brought our two children—a boy and a girl. We specifically asked for separate sleeping arrangements, which the host ignored entirely. It felt like he simply didn’t care.Check-in was smooth, but that’s the only positive. The air conditioning didn’t work during a heatwave, making the unit unlivable. Both showers had visible mould—something that should never be acceptable in any rental. We contacted the host immediately, but after the first message, he became completely unresponsive.To make matters worse, access to the apartment is heavily restricted. After 8 PM, the streets are locked down to cars, so you can’t drive anywhere near the unit. Adding to the frustration, all nearby shops also close by 8, making late arrivals or emergencies a major hassle.We had to cancel our stay and find new accommodations out of pocket. Between the poor communication, unsafe and dirty conditions, and the major access limitations, we absolutely cannot recommend this property. You’re better off booking elsewhere.

The apartment coordinator, Ivan, was extremely kind and helpful. Ivan kept in constant communication to assure that everything went well with our stay. He made all the difference. This apartment is updated, clean and convenient to the city center.

Nur nach einer, absolut notwendigen, gründlichen Grundreinigung und Renovierung empfehlenswert!

Leider haben wir das Appartement in einem heruntergekommen Zustand kennengelernt. Bis auf die sauber bezogenen Betten und in einem Bad, waren überall noch Gebrauchs-/Schmutzspuren der VorgängerInnen zu finden. Hier nur ein paar Beispiele > Waschbecken, Spiegel und Dusche waren nicht gereinigt worden. Die Küchenfronten und -ablageflächen mit fettigen und klebrigen Spuren übersät. Kühlschrank innen und außen fleckig. Ceranfeld fettig verschmiert. In der Spülmaschinen noch schmutziges Geschirr und diese könnte genauso wie der Herd, die Abzugshaube und die Waschmaschine dringend eine Innenreinigung vertragen. Der Fußboden ist sicherlich langen nicht mehr gewischt worden. Das Spülbecken war dreckig. Der Tisch wies klebrige gelbe Flecken auf, die Mülleimer standen schmutzig und stinkend in einer Ecke und nicht in der dafür vorgesehenen Schublade (die ebenfalls verdreckt war) usw........Nachdem wird die Vermieter kontaktiert hatte, haben diese den Reinigungsservice (der laut Vermieter neu und noch sehr ungeübt in der Reinigungstätigkeit ist) erneut geschickt. Leider haben diese aber nur den Spiegel und das Spülbecken gesäubert, so dass ich, damit wir uns einigermaßen wohl fühlen konnten, das Bad geputzt, das Ceranfeld, den Tisch, die Ablagefächen und den Kühlschrankinnenraum abgewischt, sowie das Geschirr/Besteck (welches auch teilweise nicht in den Schränken deponiert war) gespült habe. Urlaubsfeeling ist anders! Auch sind ÜBERALL Gebrauchsspuren der VorgängerInnen an den Wänden zu finden und einige kleine Reparaturen wären notwendig (Duschtür schließt nicht richtig, Feuermelder liegt noch auf dem Kühlschrank, im Bad und in der Küche hängt eine offene Leitung von der Decke, eine Gardinenstange ist runtergerissen, ...) Offensichtlich ist hier seit Jahren NICHTS mehr gemacht, bzw. investiert worden. Wenn das aber erfolgt, dann ist es ein schönes, sicheres, modern eingerichtetes Appartement mit einer perfekt zentralen Lage.

Padova trip

The apartment was extremely clean and simple. We had four adults and a one year old. Ivan provided a crib and high chair for the baby which made the stay with a baby much easier. It was very hot in Padova and the air conditioner was nice to have. It was great to have this apartment for our trip for the week. It was located very close to shopping, train and places to visit. We had no car and we were able to walk everywhere we needed. Taxi pick up was very close also if you need to do more things further away. Couldn't get any better with location. Cafe was a block away for a morning coffee and croissant. Ivan was a great host and was very attentive to anything that came up. Would definitely do this again when we come back. Thank you Ivan!

Questo appartamento è dotato di tutte le comodità e Ivan è stato gentilissimo e davvero disponibile. L'unico problema lo abbiamo avuto con i termosifoni che erano davvero troppo alti e non siamo stati capaci di spegnerli in camera da letto. Per il resto tutto ottimo: appartamento comodo, posizione ottima e ottima ricezione. Qualora ne avessi la possibilità, ci tornerò.

Schöne Wohnung in perfekter Lage

Wir waren zu fünft in der sehr geschmackvoll eingerichteten Wohnung. Gute , straffe Betten, 2 schöne Bäder (etwas schwacher Duschstrahl). Trotz ideal zentraler Lage war es absolut ruhig (Ausrichtung zum Hinterhof in recht ruhiger Strasse). Alles war zu Fuß gut zu erreichen. Diskrete Betreuung durch den Vermieter: z. B. auf Wunsch sofortige Erhöhung der Heizleistung (im Februar). Supermarkt , Marktplatz, Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe. Kurzum ein rundum gelungener und angenehmer Aufenthalt. Sehr zu empfehlen.

This property was AMAZING!

This apartment was wonderful to stay in! Walking distance to a grocery story, several cafés, shopping, the rail and restaurants. It is very private and within walking distance to many wonderful places to visit! the apartment was very modern and clean and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking to be in the heart of a beautiful town! the owner was fantastic to work with and very accommodating to any needs. It was spacious, clean and perfect for my families needs!
