「Hs is small. Suitable fir couple or couple with one child. Side yard / firepit r plusses. Does share driveway with two other hses and is in a fairly close proximity to 3 adjacent houses. Ez access to hwy 30 and short drive to Ptld metro, Beaverton or St Helens/ Scappoose. Bath is good, kitchen is small apt size. Plan on eating any full blown meals out. It is a better value as a whole than motel stays in this area.」

「Dogs were happy with our overnight stay. Convenient to North Bend exploring. Grounds were attractive, however, attention to entrance was needed- overgrown, weeds. Gated entrance to apt. fairly rickety. Nice amenities. Clean. Didn't have the impression from the "retreat" description that it was in the basement under the main house.」
