「This was our first time staying in a hostel. We stayed on the private room side as well as the family room side. It is a very unique place thats for sure. Very snowboarding vibes. If you are into fancy hotels this is not your place. I am rating this a five star experience becasue of the price point. First of furmost the staff is very kind and amazing. "The room was clean and pleasant. The amenities were well-prepared, and there was a coffee maker, which made my stay comfortable. However, there was no explanation about the deposit at check-in or check-out, which made me feel uneasy. Fortunately, the deposit was refunded a few weeks after | returned home, so I was relieved. I would like to stay here again."
