Welcome to Salt and Vine Cottage! Located on beautiful Cedar Run Park in the South Farm District and equipped with a fully-fenced yard, this single-level home is the perfect place for dogs, kids, and beachgoers of all ages to unwind and enjoy all that Seabrook has to offer.

With just two steps up to the front door, a walk-in shower, and the entire home located on one level, Salt and Vine Cottage can be accessible to folks of a variety of ages, generations, and mobility levels. Further, Sunrise Pool and Fitness Center located just down the street makes a morning workout or a heated outdoor swim a breeze.

Olive green accents, warm wood furnishings, and pops of lavender throughout the home give this cozy beach retreat an Italian flair, and the open concept kitchen, living, and dining rooms keep everyone connected.

Pull up a barstool at the kitchen counter and enjoy your morning coffee while the chef makes breakfast. Next to the kitchen, the sturdy wood dining table for six is a fantastic gathering place for an easy lunch before heading to the beach, a full holiday spread, a family game night, and everything in between.

The living room is the perfect place to turn on the gas fireplace, curl up with a blanket, and stream your favorite show on the Smart TV. An abundance of windows fills the room with natural light and provides beautiful views of the park just outside your front door.

At the end of a full day of exploring the town, the beach, and the trails, kick your feet up on the covered front porch while the kids play in the park and the chef prepares dinner on the gas grill.

Want to give the dogs some room to roam? Relax on the outdoor furniture and roast marshmallows around the Solo Stove while your four-legged friends play in the fully-fenced backyard. Be sure to plug into the EV charger located in the driveway if you need to charge your electric vehicle after your drive to Seabrook. Back inside, a comfortable king bed and two queen beds await when it’s time to get a good night’s rest for a fun day ahead. One of the bedroom closets is equipped with a foldable desk if you need a quiet remote workspace to answer those last few emails before heading to the beach.

Salt and Vine Cottage

This lovely cottage was just as beautiful in person as it was in the photos. The house was very well laid out for the size. The space was great!
