"Upon arrival, we waited outside after calling the number, then the person brought in the other couple that was there and told us we were staying at a different property(??). It was a bit strange but the guy said it was better then the actual property we were suppsed to stay at. Ended up being closer to the train station, which was good for us. The bed sheets and towels was clean but the pillow in the closer had a dirty pillowcase. The kitchen was nice but had cockroaches in it. Anyway this is...

"Checking in for really hard. I was late for the check-in for which I was charged $20 in cash. There was no mention of anything like late fee of $20 in the booking. I didn’t had cash so I had to wait for a long time and walk around with person helping me check-in before I enter at the midnight. The neighborhood was really really loud throughout the night and also did not feel safe. There was no temperature control in the humidity of Venice which made it really difficult to sleep well. "Not much near the house. But nearer the station there were restaurants. Fairly quiet and residential. Not scary."

"I booked the Easy Downtown Inn and only when I arrived did the host tell me that the place was not available and took me to another accomodation that I would have never booked on my own. No discount was given for the inconvenience and I had to share the area with another family which I did not intend to do."

"Room was clean. Bathroom needs some updating, but was accommodating. Room was comfy and air conditioned. Tv came with lots of apps: Netflix, Hulu, Crunchyroll, etc. The bus to Venice was very close and easy to navigate. Make sure to contact the host via WhatsApp!"

Il personale gentile e disponibile ma non era presente all'arrivo nell' orario di check in indicato e abbiamo dovuto aspettare 20 minuti. Camera abbastanza confortevole, letti comodi, lenzuola e asciugamani puliti. Lascia a desiderare la pulizia km generale e l'attenzione ai dettagli. Parcheggio interno disponibile. "

"Tried to contact “hotel” via phone number & message to ask about luggage storage but never replied or contacted back. After reading the bad reviews booked other lodgings as could not confirm if they had luggage storage or elevators. "
