「I was very pleased with this hotel! :-) The room was updated and very clean. I actually really liked the layout of the room and furniture simplicity.
I'm one of those that as much as I don't want to see someone else's hair, I still look, and praise be I did NOT see anything from a previous guest!
The lobby was nice, the dining area was nice, good breakfast choices, the same as everywhere really, but the food was kept full and tidy. Shout out to Raj for keeping the place looking good!

「Nice to have a breakfast menu to order from. The sports bar hosts the breakfast very well.
The only downside that was a complete turn off was that our bed sheet had a big stain on it. It appears the sheet was washed but more attention has to be taken that this doesn't happen again. 」
「I had a balcony suite and we had a spider in our room. Quite a large one according to my standards. We called the front desk, and our hotel manager at the time came up loaded with a broom and several kinds of spray. She heroically batted down and disposed of the spider for us. We had a good laugh about it that night, and the next day when we saw her again. I didn't get her name, but she was the nicest gal! Kudos to her for her spidey-senses.」
