「Bathroom was gross, the toilet to be specific. The room smelled like cigarettes. I get it’s a casino hotel, but smelled like people were smoking in my room. To get checked in was horrendous. Huge traveling group. I get it, but no thought to queue up a second line for people not part of the group.」

「Our room did not have a good view of the lake. The pool was overrun with screaming children. Food was good but expensive. We had to pay for parking in addition to the other charges. Overall, not good value.」

「Front desk person wasn’t friendly, didn’t engage with me at all, and then did a horrible job explaining how to get to our room. We walked/drove around for 30 minutes. Another employee directed us in the right direction but still had to find the room. Front desk lady said we were on the second floor and we were on the ground level .
