「ロビー、廊下、部屋が典型的なアメリカのホテル、という感じです。空調やテレビの操作が簡単です。雰囲気が落ち着いてますし、スタッフの方々はフレンドリーです。部屋の広さにゆとりがあります。一階に無人の店があり、割と品揃えがあります。朝食がおいしいです。総合的にいって私は大変気に入りました！」

「Unfortunately the hot tub was down for cleaning during our visit and I had been looking forward to getting in the hot tub. There was an empty water bottle found behind our night stand, so the house keepers should be sure to check behind there during the cleaning!! The fridge was up to high and was freezing our drinks and food. But we enjoyed our stay and loved it」

「Our room was clean and the shower was hot! Breakfast was pretty good too. The wallpaper was showing a little wear but they were doing some renovations while we were there. We didn’t use the pool or hot tub but they seemed nice. Staff was friendly and helpful! Mostly, we felt super safe! We didn’t worry about a thing and loved the convenient location to Saint Louis.」

「My stay at the Chateau was fantastic! The rooms were spotless and offered stunning views of Lake Ozark—absolutely breathtaking. The dining options were great, and I especially loved the pizza from Giovanni's Restaurant (highly recommend!). The location is super convenient, just a short drive to downtown with plenty of excursions and activities nearby. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making the experience even better. Would definitely stay here again!」
