"I had a great stay at the Embassy Hotel while in town for my graduation from Hampton University. My ceremony was held right across the street at Hampton Coliseum, which made the location extremely convenient. Parking was also very easy, which took a lot of stress out of a busy graduation weekend. The staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help with anything I needed. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well kept, and the general areas of the hotel were also very clean and maintained. Overall, I had a wonderful experience and would definitely stay here again"

"The property was nice. Overall the satu was a good one. There was a leak coming from the ceiling in the hall that I did let the front desk know about and no one ever did anything about it."

"The hotel itself is generally fine, however excluding 1 staff member (Latina girl with an accent, apologies I meant to get her name, she’s great) the rest of the ladies at the desk are both unhelpful & rude. They spend their entire shifts staring at an iPad with AirPods in & act as if you’ve done them a disservice anytime you approach & they actually have to do their “job”. Nobody says hello, they can barely even manage eye contact, it’s a truly pathetic display of customer service as well as just general human decency/social understanding. You genuinely would get 10x the humanity out of ChatGPT comparatively. I was told one thing by a staff member, then I would go down later, that person is gone, and I get a completely different answer from the next person. There is very obviously no consistency in their operation."

"So to be fair this hotel has thw potential to be amazing. Location is right off the water but my rooms view was definitely obscured by a condo property although it was listed as having a "view". The property was clean and room was a nice size .. But trying to get service or communicate concerns was very hard. There's ni way to reach the front desk..even on the in room phones. It would ring and then hang up but when I went downstairs it was niy crowded or busy. They overcharged me for both valet and self parking on my first day and ive called multiple times trying to reach someone to help me but it would ring..put me in a queue for several minutes and then it would pick up and disconnect the call. While I was there I asked for my car qnd then waited outside for over 10 minutes without seeing my valet. When I went inside he apologized saying his phone had died so he did not see my request. He hastily went to retrieve my vehicle but 6his was just another frustrating thing to manage. The mini refrigerator had a plate screwed in that kept you from putting anything inside other than a bottle of water so my leftovers could not be refrigerated.. But outside of that it was a beautiful time away. If someone from corporate or the hotel sees this please reach out so I can resolve this charge"

"A gentleman came in and broke the glass door because he couldn't use the worket cell phone.That's type of neighborhood that you're in. Rat in the hall way. Room smelled bad. Pain was peeling on the tub. The room will look nothing and I mean , nothing like the picture"
