「VRBO themselves did great trying to make this right, the owner of the property was not. House was unlocked when we arrive, safety concern. Home was not clean (trash on floor-including a pregnancy test between wall and vanity), had to wash dishes before we could use them, we had to purchase toilet paper, paper towels, plastic silverware as there weren't enough to accommodate amount of guests permitted, half the games did not work, moldy coffee grounds left in coffee maker, light fixtures and...
