Welcome to your perfect getaway! Nestled near Historic Downtown Monroe, this spacious home is ideal for family gatherings or a fun weekend with friends—and yes, your furry companions are more than welcome!

Whether you’re here to experience the vibrant culture or shop for antiques this home provides the ideal backdrop for your stay!

The master suite includes a king bed and en suite, as well as a his and her closet. The guest bedroom includes a full bed, with closet space (hangers included) in each. The guest bathroom is located off the living room, stocked with toilet paper, towels, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. A full service laundry room with LG washer and dryer is available and fully stocked with detergent, and dryer sheets. Extra blankets, towels, and cleaning supplies are also provided.

Guests can enjoy a modest backyard with privacy fence for outdoor lounging and safe space for children and pets to play. Large doggy door (11”x18”) allows unrestricted pet access to outdoor space.

You can access tv apps on the smart TVs. Please try to remember to log out of personal accounts prior to check-out.
Please use kitchen equipment and supplies with care.
Place trash in a receptacle located on the side of the house. Extra trash bags are under the kitchen sink.
Trash bins are located on the front porch and are for TRASH BAGS ONLY. Please do not place loose trash in this bin.

The property was very nice and very clean. We travel with our German shepherd and it was very comfortable for him including having a very nice fenced in yard. Our host was very responsive and communicated well. Location is very close to downtown monroe for all the cute shops and restaurants.

The home had everything we needed for us!! However, we had to call the police the first night we were there because we heard a gunshot. There were also a couple of houses or cars nearby where there were people playing music really loudly. If I wouldn’t have had other male family members staying with my kids and me, I wouldn’t have felt safe staying there alone. It would have also been nice to have a few more clean washcloths available.

Great little house in a sweet little neighborhood. Host has taken special care to make a comfortable stsy. Rain shower, soft fluffy pillows, clean home, ver nice place to stay. Highly recommended!!

Place was clean. Grass needed to be cut and the floors were badly un level with soft spots. Tv in bedroom did not connect to service the entire weekend. Spoke to the owner and he did not help with it. Just said that it worked.

House was clean!! Beds were comfy!! Loved the pet friendly touches even though we didn't utilize them! We were not able to utilize much of the house as we were only there for a short period of time and spent most of the time with friends. I would stay here again!

Cute & Comfortable

It was perfect! We didn’t really get to stay to enjoy the area. It was a quick trip in and out to pick up furniture. But, it was a nice place to shower and sleep. I definitely recommend it!
