patio surrounded by lush plants, enchanted garden lights, and the tranquility of nature. Although shops and restaurants are only a five-minute walk away, the area feels peaceful and secluded.

We are located in a family friendly neighborhood, surrounded by lush trees and enchanting southern homes. Take an early morning stroll and enjoy wandering around the historic streets while the city sleeps, then head back for a morning coffee under the gazebo outback. Walk to the Oxford Square, popular restaurants, The University of Mississippi, or take in a quick tennis match at John Leslie tennis center. We are conveniently located in the heart of Oxford.

The Sivley is located in the heart of Oxford, steps away from the Oxford Square. Take a leisurely stroll through the neighborhood soaking in all the sights and surroundings that this charming southern town has to offer. Uber, Lyft, and local taxis are available. The Oxford Bike Shop offers bike rentals as well.

We welcome furry family members. We do have a fenced in back yard for dogs to run and play. We just please ask that you respect our home and keep all animals crated when you are away, no animals on the furniture, and please pick up after potty time.
Also, we love our neighbors and ask that you kindly respect their privacy as well. Please keep noise levels to a minimum after 10pm and no parties over 10 people please. Thank you for your cooperation!
