It was very clean, had all the amenities - when I asked Katie if there was a hand steamer she replied right away that there was not but had one delivered the next day prior to our arrival! "We will avoid this company's offerings in the future. We arrived at our designated time and walked into some other people sitting in the location that we had reserved. The folks said they had requested extra days so were allowed to keep what would have been our chosen site. We were rerouted without a problem but this was inappropriate and disappointing.
