This was our first time in Asturias and we found this hotel to be perfect for a short break due to its location within the city, easy car parking and also its excellent value. The location is spot on for exploring Oviedo and the surrounding are. Staff were always friendly and helpful while the 20% discount for the car park came in very handy also.

The location is absolutely amazing just in the middle of everything old town, shopping streets, restaurants, cafes, my room was comfortable and clean, the thing I didn’t like that the housekeeping was so noisy early in the morning and slamming the doors

This was the second time in two years I stayed at the Soho Boutique Oviedo. It's a very good hotel with a excellent relation price/value. Near several and different restaurants, from the very sophisticated to the most informal at just a few steps away. The staff is attentive and kind. Soho Boutique is a very goos option while visiting Oviedo.

We traveled to 7 cities in Spain and Oviedo was the last city we visited before heading back home. Oviedo did not disappoint and especially our hotel room at SoHo Boutique. It’s centrally located and the best part was that we had a room with a view of the square and the beautiful cathedral. We couldn’t ask for more. The room was cleaned daily and the staff were really nice and helpful. We would highly recommend this hotel.

My stay, of 6 nights, didn't get off to the best of starts when I needed to spend the first hour or so of my stay having to establish that I had in fact already paid my bill. That is not to denigrate the staff of the hotel, as throughout my stay they were actually very cheerful and helpful, spoke English very well, and special mention to the lady on reception who accommodated my request to be moved to a different room, and the couple of people who ran the breakfast buffet, which I thought was pretty decent. Sadly, despite being branded a boutique hotel, this hotel is very far from that. It really is rather tired. The rooms are shrouded in dark furniture and furnishings, gloomy in decor. The shower in the bathroom was mouldy around the edges, one of the two shower doors was falling off, which must have been obvious to anyone cleaning the room. There's no excuse for it simply being left like that. There was one bin, in the bathroom, tiny and rusty. There was a small coffee machine, with the necessary ingredients to make a coffee, but actually using the dirty thing was not something you'd seriously contemplate doing. in short, basic maintenance and attention to detail is lacking here. The location of the hotel on one of the city's main squares has obvious benefits and the rooms overlooking the square have great views. If you are allocated such a room though, don't expect to get much sleep if you're staying on a Friday or Saturday night.
