「The place was not clean. Cleaning crew did not change bedding. Lots of repairs needed to the place. Owner/manager was very receptive and communicated well. Offered to send over new linens. During our stay owner/manager had new roaster and coffee pot delivered. It just needs a good repair week and deep cleanI suggested the cleaning crew be replaced 」

「Fantastic location with easy access to the beach. Safe neighborhood. Lovely property. Nicely decorated. Excellent outdoor space. You can even see a partial view from the front porch. Perfect for two people. One bed decent, the other hard, but that is a personal opinion. Better than average kitchen essentials( although I suggest you bring larger tongs for grilling) The oven was the only negative. Needs to be replaced due to the temperature control not being readable and the stovetop heating...

「We had a wonderful stay here! The place was really nice, well stocked and comfortable. With 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, it was perfect for our small group. The outside was nice, with a porch to hang out on, and a fenced yard for the dog. It is within walking distance to downtown and a short drive to the beach. We plan on coming back. 」
