"We have just returned from a relaxing one night stay and already booked for May! Reception, restaurant, lifts, rooms and communal areas were exceptionally clean. Staff were happy to assist. Pool area, sauna and steam room were clean, hot tub was hot. I could not fault the place! So for that reason…returning! "

"This is an excellent hotel if you have a layover at Heathrow Airport. Simply use the covered walkway to get from the terminal to the hotel. Also, there is a tube stop at Terminal 4 as well, so a day trip into the city from the hotel is easy."

"First of all, they did not reply to my email regarding the airport shuttle. Second, while booking, the Expedia rates showed $67 CAD for a room and $ 90+ for a room with breakfast. I opted for the latter. But at check-in, we were told that for breakfast, we would have to pay 18 GBP for 2. I tried to send an email to Expedia, but could not find an option in the complaint list. So the first morning, we paid for breakfast, which was nothing but BASIC cereal and coffee. So those who are booking breakfast avoid it because you will find many cheaper options within 5 minutes from the hotel."

"The theirs bed (not requested) was awkwardly placed I kicked it nearly every time. The Beds and duvets were too short.. and too narrow… I needed two duvets to cover my body. I am 6’ not 7’! I did not like being charged a Service Charge after ordering food in the Green Bar This is not acceptable practice. No toilets in the Lobby atea is ridiculous. In my room the AC (which was noisy) stopped working cold after the second night"

"Hotel is brilliant for kids. Soft play, swimming pool, use of water sports, outside playground. Carpet in the room was pretty disgusting. Decor definitely needs updating but clean other than that. "
