The single room was clean and was exactly as shown! The best part of the Abbey was the staff, specifically the girl at reception. She was incredible and extremely helpful! While there is no elevator, she carried my luggage up 3 flights of stairs without even being asked! Would come here again just to see her!

Cleanliness of the Townhouse, and in particular the room was excellent. Complimentary drinks and treats in the lobby area was a nice touch. Awesome location in terms of proximity to Hyde Oark and surrounding area. Would definitely stay there again
