「景色が最高。 スタッフも親切。 」

「This place is beautiful, the view, the pool, all excellent! The food and drinks were great and the staff were so helpful at arranging rides into town or any excursion we wanted! There were a few bugs in the room that the kids didn’t like, but that was likely our fault having a little bit of snacks in the room. 」

「スタッフサービスは満点。細かい事までよく気遣ってくれます。滞在中は何の不足も感じませんでしたし、困ってかけてることに対してはすぐに最善な対応をしてくれました。部屋は広く使い勝手もよかったです。朝食も満足いくもので、品揃え味ともに 充分。 足らないところがあるとすればスティームライスがあると日本人はもっと助かると思います。あとサパ自体が開発の真っ只中でインフラ整備が整備されている途中。これらが整のうと最適な避暑地になると思います。」

「체크인시 문제가 조금 있었지만 친절한 직원 덕분에 그래도 잘 넘어갔어요 문제있을 때 빠르게 대응해줘서 좋았습니다 Nguyen van anh 직원분이 영어도 잘 통하고 특히 친절했어요」

「Friendliness and helpfulness of the staff was the standout. Rooms were good, breakfast good and lots of variety, location handy to small shops and restaurants, nice view down on to the lake. Only downside was the weather, quite a bit of fog, and some rain on last morning. Made it difficult to see mountains. The concierge Chau was the highlight, great English, great suggestions for food and tours. Would recommend to anyone just to meet her and enjoy her company.」

「Absolutely exceptional - cannot criticise a single thing about this place, particularly given how good value it is. Everything is modern, new and clean, and very comfortable. Good location, just a short walk to the main tourist places. A special thank you goes to the manager Anna, who let me take a shower before my sleeper train after I’d checked out and had spent the day trekking. Extremely kind, and much appreciated.」
