「Such a cool place to stay. Relaxing, peaceful and beautiful. A real treat!」

「We were just stopping thru on our way to Wilderness, so only stayed 1 night. Our host Gerry was very gracious and very helpful in planning our excursions and dinner arrangements. Loved that it was a quick walk to the Main Street.」

「The hotel has just been taken over and is under going changes Breakfast in the adjoining hotel was delicious The new owner is attentive and understood our concerns」

「Lovely garden and very well placed for eating out and attractions.」

「Andre is a phenomenal manager, and Mooiplaas is our favourite place to stay in Oudtshoorn. All staff are helpful, kind and caring, brilliantly clean and beautiful rooms, highly recommended. Be sure to engage the astrologer Ben if the night sky is clear! Amazing, 5 stars! The Barkers will be back :)」

「Room is spotless. The owners are very welcoming and the breakfast is delicious 」

「Our host Hermein was wonderful. Nothing was too much trouble. The rooms were beautiful and spotlessly clean. The breakfast was everything you could have wanted. I had the fruit with granola and yogurt. Followed by loads of toast and a cooked breakfast with the tastiest smoked bacon I’ve ever tasted. She organised a free taxi to and from a lovely local restaurant on the evening of our arrival. We left the next morning for the short drive to the caves, the wildlife sanctuary and the ostrich...

「We had a perfectly pleasant stay at Bella de Karoo. The room was expansive, with a full fridge and all other amenities we could need. 」

「I only stayed one night but this place was excellent and I will definitely be back. Super warm and friendly welcome, and excellent communication in advance of arrival. Room was clean, comfortable, quiet, set in a beautiful property. The sherry in the room was a cherry on the top of all this! Thoroughly recommend for anyone looking to stay in the area or passing through.」

「We had a fantastic stay at De Bergkant in late July. The setting and surrounding view was stunning. We were greeted by Tracey who was manager and head chef. She could not have been more helpful. She provided recommendations on things to do in Prince Albert and places to eat, even made our dinner reservations for us. The rooms and the grounds were clean and comfortable. One of the highlights of our stay was breakfast. Tracey prepared a varied 5 course breakfast each morning that could only be...

「Everything I needed. Friendly hostess. Spacious and very clean apartment.」

「Unfortunately the room lacked ablution privacy which was not disclosed」
