「House is great for multiple people or multiple families. Plenty of space for everyone to hang out. We had to buy a can opener because the electric one provided did not work. The pot and pans are in rough shape. I would bring your own. I would also bring something to clean tough dishes. They provide a sponge, but no scrubbers. 」

「We have stayed at a lot of different VRBO homes. Royce‘s house is one of the cleanest, most well stocked homes we’ve been in. My teenage sons loved the pool table and basement game room. My husband and I loved all the fun coffee and coffee making tools. Such a well kept home. We will definitely be coming back! 」

「One problem recognized on arrival dealt with by manager promptly and effectively. Otherwise, only demerits are that upstairs bedrooms did not have night tables where a lamp could be placed or chairs on which you could put your suitcase. Finally, the toaster oven needs to be replaced. All easily fixed.」

「This property is so cute and cozy! It had everything we needed and you cannot beat the location. I just wish we could have stayed longer. The property owner was great when we had a small problem with the septic system. Solved in no time and back to having fun. Beach access is a huge plus! We will stay again for sure! East check in and out too. Highly recommend!! 」

「Dig the decor, bathroom sink is unique to me. Comfy bed. Place is perfect for a couple to enjoy a nice quiet getaway. Beat any hotel we could've stayed at. Would happy to visit again 」

「The house had a beautiful view of the ocean. We did have a bit of an ant problem, and had to throw away some of our food. They were relentless, and the downstairs basement bedrooms had a bit of an odor but everything else was wonderful. There were a lot of stairs. 」
