"The hotel smells strange overall. The amenities are there, but the carpet remains dirty even after cleaning. When I pulled back the sheets to sleep, I found long black hairs inside the bed. I also found several black hairs in the towels. One bedsheet had a lipstick stain. The shower floor was blackish where you stand. Towels were almost all dirty or stained. The beds were itchy, and the beige covers were itchy too. The duvets are old, noisy, and need proper covers. The room floor was dirty. Breakfast was disappointing—low quality, little variety: just eggs, bread, and waffles. The pool area smelled odd and felt sticky. The app says checkout is noon, but they demanded we leave at 11—please fix that confusion. Also, they should clean their windows because they’re very dusty, and one picture in the room had black mold. Overall, a poor experience."

"I've stayed in this hotel many times over the years. The night I checked in, at 10pm, for my pre-paid 4 night stay I somehow had misplaced my credit card during the trip from Dallas to be used for "incidentals" and didn't have it with me. Granted, I stayed there 10 days before and am a Gold Member with Choice Awards. The individual manning the desk wouldn't let me check in without the card. Regardless of any of my credentials, history and pre-payment status. She said there were "rules" that had to be followed. So, there I was, 10 O'Clock at night, 500 miles from home, no credit card, no options other than to sleep in my car. In my opinion, there are several words that describe such treatment: inhumane, unkind, unreasonable, inexcusable, inconsiderate, inhospitable, unethical, unprofessional. These people are supposed to be in the "hospitality" business. You would think a service business would put a repeat customer first. Don't think they understand their mission. Fortunately, as I settled in my car preparing to sleep in the parking lot, I discovered the credit card between the seats, returned and successfully checked in. However, the damage was done. I hope this review is witnessed by a lot of travelers and hotel purveyors. Sometimes self imposed "rules" shouldn't apply."

"The shower head was a rain one and not everything sprayed and the pressure wasn't very good. Otherwise the room was nice and clean, very comfortable."
