"We had a wonderful time at this farmhouse and it was all we imagined. The home was beautiful and well maintained. Very spacious for the four of us. The hosts are lovely people who went out of their way to make our stay perfect. The area has several great places to visit such as the thatched roof village, a special soba restaurant and the sake brewery. The scenery is spectacular. Highly recommend!!"

"We stayed at the beautiful Kaya villa. Our daughter was sick during our stay. Max our tour guide drove us to the doctor! Yoshko let us borrow her thermometer and brought us cookies. Everyone was incredibly kind and friendly - Taka our English speaking host exceedingly so. We also enjoyed the best dinner in Japan. Arigato for all the beautiful memories."

"Best part if Japan trip. I found best way to reach hideo is through whats app. He speaks very good english. It is off beaten path. About 1hr buss ride from kyoto station.it is a beautiful scenic route.There is a buss that will take you directly there from kyoto station. Just ask information office if you feel lost. "This is a great beach side hostel. I really enjoyed my stay here. The beds were massive with a lot of space inside your capsule area. And I'm tall so it worked for me. The property was very clean and the bathroom/shower area was really good.
