「Visiting Baldwinville for Aunt's wedding. A great location, comfortable accommodations. Plenty of space. Clean and neat.」

「Honestly, a prime spot for anyone that wants to be in and nearby the heart and energy of Oswego with all the bars and food! Would 100% stay again here just because of the location and how close it was to everything - all walking distance. 」

「We loved our stay at this super cute and spacious studio in Fair Haven. The view of Little Sodus Bay was beautiful, and it was the perfect location for attending a wedding at Colloca Winery—just minutes away! The owners were lovely and easy to communicate with, which made everything smooth from start to finish. We “donated” a few hangers and a gallon pitcher for future guests to enjoy iced tea or maybe some margaritas out on the deck. Would definitely stay again! 」

The kitchen is stocked with dishes, cooking utensils, coffee pots and more. The bathroom has the most heavenly towels you've ever used in your life and there were even fresh cookies waiting for us on arrival. On our second day in the house, we found out all the family we were meant to visit had Covid and...

「The property was meticulously clean, well stocked with kitchen utensils, linens and very comfortable. 」

「The salmon river is in the back of building, opened bedroom window to hear the water. We stayed in June, 2025. Newly remodeled inside and out, good parking. We liked the all-wood surrounds, tall ceilings and large bathroom. The keyless entry was helpful. Everything we needed was within 5 miles distance of the location. The downside to the apartment, it is on the second floor, 18 stairs, ( well lit and good hand rails) was kinda hard to carry fishing stuff and ebikes.」

「Tonia is a great Host. Property was beautiful and well maintained. Parking was easy, place was central to Downtown. You could walk anywhere. Beds were comfortable and had plenty of pillows. Would definitely recommend it.」

"The facility is old, so you can hear the sound outside well. There is a bathtub, but it cannot be filled with hot water. Wi-Fi is strong and there is no problem. There are many restaurants and fast food in the vicinity, which is convenient. A hotel that doesn't have a problem if you only stay overnight."
