「The staff were so welcoming and kind during our stay. The room was super clean, the beach was lovely and there were towels, books and chairs available to borrow! My only tiny complaints are that the sheets were quite rough and uncomfortable with lots of pilling that felt like something was in the bed, and that in our room with a window adjacent to the main walkway, the lights were on all night (for safety, totally fair) but it was incredibly bright inside the room. We would definitely stay here...

「Our experience of the Sandy Beach was only a positive one... The location is a great mix of off the beaten path, and yet close enough to the things we wanted.. The motel itself is really well kept, super staff and the room was lovely, clean and all the rooms have a great view. The beach was amazing as well...shades of Mexico... A little bit of paradise...we will be back for sure...!! 」

「We chose this place because they could accommodate our two dogs. The ground floor suite was in a separate building from the main part and it ended up being pretty private for us. While not a perfect fit for us (family of 4 adults), it worked fairly well for what we needed. Overall we were satisfied. 」

「Property has an amazing location with 2 pools that are well maintained. It is steps from the lake what more can you ask for. Our room was clean. Aside from what everyone said the owner who works behind the desk is a very nice man. He is older and you can tell has worked his whole life, just isn’t super chatty or super friendly. But once you get talking to him he is very kind and polite. The beds are very very hard. If you like a hard bed this would be your dream hotel. I brought my own pillows...
