「This is the perfect place to stay if you want to go to Toronto stress free. Free parking at hotel and at Oshawa Go train station. One hour train ride to downtown Toronto. Hotel is awesome, breakfast buffet is great, place is clean and friendly. Way cheaper to stay in Oshawa than downtown Toronto! Great value for the price!」

「The hotel was exceptional, with my room were both pleasant and well-maintained. However, there were some drawbacks: there was no elevator and the only dining option available was breakfast. The breakfast, however, was excellent!」

「This hotel has lots of parking and has some outdoor seating. Great lobby with lots of seating areas for lounging or having your breakfast. The rooms are very nice, clean and overall the hotel is quiet. Breakfast is included which is great. Very good pricing as well. The staff is excellent and very responsive. 「Second year I stayed because of the price so as cheap hotels go, I'm glad it is there. I've certainly stayed in far worse for the same price. Both years, different rooms, the toilet seat was held on my only one screw so it swung sideways. The juice machine was put of order all three days and it implies that perhaps they're saving money by not offering juice with there breakfast. Coffee was very good. Rooms were ok. TV was good, check in and out were very good. Just a bunch of little things that...

「I booked this hotel with breakfast for out of town grieving guests with breakfast included hoping to make their stay easier. They were told at checkin that it was not included. Subsequently after some stress at a time we didn’t need it, plus conversations the staff realized their error but by then it was already upsetting for me and my guests. Just one more thing we didn’t need for a $300+ hotel night in Oshawa. Do better with the next folks.」

「When check in the room the sink was choked complained to staff they promised to address on return in the evening issue still not addressed sink was overflowing. Promised to change the room returned late night room was never changed. In middle of night changed to room myself no help. After few hours the power was cut, no AC, no light, no elevators, no room phone service. Power was never restored till I left around 11.00. I had to bring my luggage from satires three flight down, no help. They...

「Lovely, clean room with great view overlooking the water - staff was exceptional, very welcoming and helpful. Excellent location. Unfortunately we did not have a great sleep due to noise from above until well after 2. But the true negative of our stay was the pre boxed complimentary breakfast — the food presented was most disappointing but could have been satisfying and most definitely less wasteful, had we been given choice of food selection.」

「Suburban area of Toronto, once you understand the transit system it’s really affordable getting to Tourist Locations. I would suggest including the breakfast plan (top notch). Brittany (Front desk staff team member) week days was always pleasant and assisted in assisting with my comprehension of the local transit systems.」
