We found the hotel to be convenient and has everything you need. The interior of the room is quite old, but everything worked okay. Eating at the hotel was fine with buffet dinner and breakfast.

It was as if taking a step back in time. Drifting off to sleep in a dark room with the snow falling through the positioned sliding windows as to not see any of the surrounding modern day buildings, was a marvellous experience that I shall treasure forever. Great amenities, a karoke room, natural onsens, a library and not to mention both a wonderful supper and breakfast, not to mention buffet style. My only regret is not booking another night! And the highlight for me was sitting in the natural onsen, both in daylight and below the night sky with snow falling, yet being warmed by the natural baths watching the world go by. 10/10 for me! Can't recommend enough!

3回目の利用になりますが、今まで気にならなかった部屋の匂いが気になりました。鼻が慣れれば大丈夫なんですが、一度部屋を出て戻ると気になりました。カビ臭い？建物の古さ？分かりませんが気になる人は気になると思います。あと、今回は1Fが非常に暑く、冷房が故障してたのか不快でした。壊れてるならその表示や説明があってもいいかと思います。 それを除けば満足です。

温泉、料理などは大満足です！ ただ、この酷暑の中、節電のためなのか1階ロビーはエアコンがついておらず、外くらいの湿度の高い暑さ。卓球、売店、ゲーム、まんがコーナー全て暑く、ゆっくり楽しめなかったのが残念。フリーWi-Fiも1階のみのため、調べものなど不便でした。
