This is apartment is literally across the street from the Shin-Osaka station. This made it super easy for our family to jump on the subway or Shinkansen for all of our adventures in the Osaka/Kyoto/Kobe area. The apartment was clean and stocked with all of the basic necessities that we needed. The host was quick to respond to all of our questions and provided great communication regarding directions, check in, check out, etc. Our family of three (two adults and one teenager) would totally stay here again.

Liked: Check-in, communication, location
We chose this apartment because of the proximity to Shin-Osaka - it was incredibly easy to run across the street to grab the subway or bullet train. The checkin process was flawless thanks to the very detailed photos and information provided ahead of time. Pros: easy check-in, clear directions, good communication throughout our stay. All necessary amenities provided. Actual beds were super comfortable. Good jumping off point with Shin-Osaka. You will hear trains and airplanes late into the night, but otherwise apartment is quiet. Cons: my husband and I stayed with our two elementary-aged boys. Futons were definitely not the plush ones in the picture. They were ok, especially for kids, but old and flat and poky. Everything is a little run down, shower curtain is mildewed but apartment itself is clean. One surprise was the window that opened, quite wide, to the street below, with no screen or other safety precaution. The apartment is 11 stories up so parents of young children beware - I caught my boys leaning out the window and had to yank them back in. Overall, for the activities we had planned in Osaka, this was a good location. We were only really at the apartment to sleep. It was a bit crowded with the four of us, so I probably would not return, but would recommend it to smaller families or couples.
