長期滞在にも関わらず、タオルはたったの2枚。何度も洗濯して下さいとのことでしたが、洗剤は2個のみ。ホスピタリティを全く感じさせず、営業力はゼロと認識せざるを得ない？！

率直に思いましたが 清掃員の質が悪いと思います忘れ物をとられた感じです。入室した時も部屋はきれいでは無いですし清掃員に対してすごく腹が立ちました。 それなのに清掃料はそこそことっているのでいかがなものかと思いますそれなのに清掃料はそこそことっているのでいかがなものかと思います。

施設は大変良く快適です。

新築で広くてきれいで眺望も良く快適に過ごせました。強いて言えば近くに食べ物屋さんが少ないのと、まだチェックアウトにならないのに「時間ですが！」と呼び出し鈴が鳴り、まるで追い出すかのような対応を取られましたのが残念。

There’s a Family Mart convenient store around the corner and also a huge LIFE grocery supermarket across the large main street. Quiet and residential neighborhood with local schools and local parks. Good 8-10 minute walking distance to and from the subway station, or take the other train stations. The apartment hotel was automated, so guests check in and check out by using tablet in the lobby by elevator. Clean and spacious. Highly recommended.

大人5人、子供３人で全部で8人での宿泊。キッチンも整っており、近くのスーパーで買ってきたもののちょっとした調理も可能でした！車で行ったのですが、徒歩10分圏内にいくつかパーキングもあり、駐車も困らなかったです！歩いて１分でコンビニもあるので、利便性は抜群です❗お風呂の排水が少し気になりましたが、あとは問題なく、家のようにゆっくり過ごせました。

905호 사용했습니다. 숙소 퀄리티는 정말 말도 안된다 싶을 정도로 좋습니다만, 그 좋은 설비를 두고 이렇게 운영을 못한다는게 이해가 안되었습니다. 우선 체크인이 한시간 반이나 걸렸습니다. 저의 예약번호가 맞지 않았지만 리셉션이 없어 소통을 하는데 실패했습니다. 그래서 우연히 청소하다가 지나가던 직원분께서 체크인을 해주셨습니다. 눈에 잘보이는 것들은 깨끗하게 치우지만 샤워실 배수구가 막혀서 사워하는 도중에 제가 뚫었습니다... 그리고 바닥에는 이전에 사용하던 사람들이 흘린 액체류에 먼지가 쌓여 검정색으로 바뀐 흔적들이 있고 먼지도 많았으며 세탁기 위 선반도 먼지가 수북했습니다. 하지만 가격을 생각하면 그럴수 있겠거니 싶어집니다. 그러므로 너무 많은 것을 기대하진 않는 것을 추천.
