With over 6000 square feet of luxurious living space, amazing rooftop views, and all of the Towers amenities, this exquisite property offers our guests a vacation experience beyond compare!

Inside, you'll find a grand entrance that opens up to soaring vaulted ceilings and an expansive wall of windows displaying the Lake's beautiful, picturesque State Park all anchored by the towering slate fireplace mantle and entertainment center. The main living spaces are simply an entertainers delight! The kitchen is equipped with just about everything you could imagine from the butlers pantry to dual ovens, a wine cooler, ice-maker, a wet-bar, and even a serving sink atop the island! The loft area offers a card and poker table that converts to a bumper pool table. This area is also great for kids to gather for gaming and such.

It gets even better when you step out into the three seasons patio space in my opinion! This fully-tiled area runs a major length of the condo and the enclosure keeps it nicely clean and bug free without obstructing the view. Stepping out of this area onto the rooftop patio is the open-air space that is truly incredible! The stars light up the night like you won't believe! Patio furnishings are abundant in each area.

When it's time to settle-in, you'll find all six bedrooms are ensuites. Two Masters are King Suites, Two are Queen Suites, and Two of the six suites have 2 queen beds.
Combined, we can accommodate up to 16 guests very comfortably!

The Towers offers amenities like no other development at the Lake including an Indoor Pool, Hot Tub, and Sauna, an Exercise Room, a Huge Outdoor Pool with infinity edge, and Elevators erase the need to climb steps no matter where you want to go!

BOATERS: Our 30' Boat Slip is available upon request (an additional fee applies). We can coordinate larger and additional slips depending on availabilty. The slips are those you see in the covered docks behind the building in our photos, all of which are privately-owned requiring specific assignments.

The State Park (Marina Grand Glaize) is just a short drive away and offers very nice ramping facilities as well as short to long-term trailer parking for your Boat or Personal Watercraft Trailer. By water, the Towers is on the 2 Mile Marker of the Grand Glaize Arm near the Grand Glaize Bridge! The Bridge is off the 19 MM of the Lake's main channel.

Our guests enjoy what seems to be an unlimited list of things to do from taking a Helicopter Tour to playing a round of Golf at one of the many fantastic courses the Lake area is known for! There's so much for the kids to do including Go Karting, Mini-Golf, and getting Frozen Custard at Randy's or Andy's just up the street! Be adventurous and Explore Bridal Cave, Hike one of the many State Park Trails, or go visit Ha Ha Tonka! Spend some time wandering the Shops and Restaurants along the Bagnell Dam Strip... Last, but not least, If you enjoy home décor shopping, it's a must to find Evergreen and Blair's Landing! You can even Ice-Skate at the Lake; Winter is beautiful here. There's just an abundance of things to do within a short drive Year-Round! If you can't decide on something, we are always happy to recommend our favorite restaurants both on and off the water.
