"We had a wonderful time staying here. The staff, especially Piero and Carmen were so accommodating. It was also nice having a kitchenette so we could cook or refrigerate food. The beds were comfortable, the space was cleaned and restocked daily. I would stay here again in a heartbeat."

The staff was welcoming, warm, helpful and responsive and made our stay even more memorable. The room was well-appointed and the bed was one of the most comfortable I’ve ever slept in. The sauna/pool/spa also makes for an exceptional experience. I highly recommend this hotel for a luxurious Ortigia experience!!"
