"Host very responsive and friendly to meet upon arrival. Accommodations rustic, but very clean and well maintained; uplift to bathrooms and kitchens looked amazing. Sheets and towels smelled so crisp and clean. A s’mores kit was waiting for us; such a nice touch to encourage us to use the fire pit outside. We enjoyed cooking meals in the kitchen; it had all the necessities like pots, pans, utensils, etc. Keurig was well stocked and a regular drip coffeemaker was provided for our own blend."

-friendly home base while visiting family in the area and The Woods exceeded our expectations. The deck was the perfect spot to enjoy a morning coffee (thank you for the supply of coffee pods!) and everyone had fun using the pool table in the evenings. "Positives: Nice setting, clean enough, beds were comfortable, enjoyed kayaks and canoe Negatives: Multiple code violations: 1 visible smoke detector, hot water heater not working/grounded, gas stove wouldn't light, insufficient pots and pans, master bedroom didn't have clean towels (had to wash wet /dirty towels), no hair dryers, no directions on how to close up house, leaking ceiling in kitchen,pontoon boat not working"
