SECURITY DEPOSIT
If your party consists of a group where the average age is under 25
years of age, a refundable security deposit of 150 EU, per person, is
required, payable with the accommodation balance or six weeks before
arrival. Upon departure, the villa must be left clean and tidy and upon
inspection, the security deposit will be refunded minus any breakages
or additional cleaning required.

The property was amazing, very clean and modern. The property location is a postive it is very close to shops, bars, restaurants. The pool was cleaned daily. We had a few issues which the property managers tried to resolve, one being a leak from first floor shower which wasn't fixed during our stay. The second being lack of sunbeds which the property manager resolved quickly.
