「Clean, spacious and stylish room. Private balcony overlooking the pool bar and had ocean view. Pool and hot tubs were really nice. Nice beach, but sea was a bit rough for swimming. Need a car for this location. Food was really good at the beach bar & grill. Staff were friendly. Overall great experience, would definitely go back.」

「The smell in the pool area is just horrible. It smells like cat poo , really nasty. The staff just sick of working there I guess. And the breakfast plain nasty. There’s a pizzeria inside and we all got sick after eating there. Won’t go back not even to get money.」

「Pues el lugar es muy bonito y tranquilo. Los empleados son amables. ¿Qué no me gustó? La ducha. Adjuntas es un pueblo donde hace mucho frío (ni el aire acondicionado utilizamos) y bañarme ahí fue una misión. Colocaba la pluma de un lado y salía como hielo, la colocaba al otro y salía que te quemaba la piel. Nunca logramos regular la ducha para bañarnos. Para colmo la llave de la ducha estaba dañada y salía agua por los lados de la llave. Reportamos lo de la llave y fue un empleado. Se quedó...

「The pool in acceptable and clean place and easy to get in, the contact person is reachable but they are not empathic persons if you have some issue like i had, they don't care or can be flexible or reasonable, for me my mom needed a few minutes more to get out after the check out time because her illness, everything for them is pro money not pro costumers they just see you like $$$$$$$$$$$ knowing that the person that gonna clean gonna be there way after you left ...but that is the difference...
