Property was definitely showing signs of wear and tear. Staff was nice but they were definitely understaffed. The water park was ok, not every pool was heated. Property def needs another hot tub.

Rosen Inn at Pointe Orlando
Very bad experience, we stayed with our kids at this hotel and there was smell of marijuana for 2 days and night time too. We called the front desk to advice them and they said “they would send security” and we have yet to receive our deposit back.
