We spent 10 days with our 2 teenage boys. One of the main reasons we picked this rental over others is there was enough seating in the living room for us all to sit comfortably, and it didn't disappoint. The communication from Gary was exactly what you want, just enough without being too much, and he always responded quickly to texts. We got to use the pool a couple days and that area is nice, and although it looks kind of far on the map, it's really an easy walk. There seemed to be plenty of parking in front of the clubhouse if you need to drive. Walgreens is right around the corner, and the Publix is an easy drive. We got food from Slidders pizza on our last day. Food was pretty good, especially for the price. The kitchen is fully equipped, but the frying pans are a little beat up. The washer and dryer are in the lower level bedroom and seem pretty new. We ended up doing a load of laundry almost every day. It was nice to pack less and come home with mostly clean clothes. Overall, I'd rate the condition of the unit as above average. It's a rental that gets a lot of use and is starting to show it's age. Nothing significant, just in the details (ie, a couple cracked tiles in the kitchen, a drawer that doesn't work right, etc.)
For those with teenagers who like video games, there is a place called Ready Game Begin in the Publix plaza. It's essentially a video game cafe with game systems (PS5, PCs, etc.) Our boys spent a couple hours one evening after spending the day at the parks and really enjoyed it. Rates are really reasonable, especially compared to everything else in the area.
