Good property, needs maintenance
Positives - Property Manager Fernando has been great and is highly responsive. The house comes with six bedrooms and hence is suitable for large parties. Close to the theme parks.Negatives - the house needs a lot of maintenance. We arrived on Christmas day and were surprised by the lack of toilet paper/kitchen towels/soaps/shampoos, etc. We had to run around finding some open shops to get the basic necessities. The bedsheets/pillow covers/comforters on the second floor do not seem to have been washed. They smelled bad, and we could easily say that they had not been in the laundry since the last party stayed there. The extra pillows all had sweat stains, and we did not feel we could use any of them. Carpets have stains, stick to the feet while walking, and need thorough shampooing. Swimming pool water levels were very low (I believe only two-thirds - this has been taken care of when brought to Fernando's attention). Guests are supposed to put the trash outside, and one of the prior parties at the property used the BBQ and dumped all the beer bottles and leftovers in the trashcan next to the grill. I am not sure whose fault it is (renters or cleaners for not finding and cleaning that), but there were flies, and it smelled terrible when I accidentally opened the lid of the trash can. Overall, it is a nice property with a friendly property manager, but it needs a ton of maintenance.
