気になった点 : 清潔度、設備とサービス、施設のコンディションと設備
We arrived at the property due to flight delay around 1:30am on 7/13, we got up and out to visit a nearby college open house. Before leaving we inspected the yard. Over grown grass and dirty pool. Back door lock wasn’t working we got locked out. Thankfully my kids were in the home to open the door.. the house did not meet the expectations of the photos viewed on Expedia and Vrbo. As we were leaving the garbage was out front assuming from previous guests had maggots and flies all over and in it.
I contacted the host and they said they would look into getting things fixed and cleaned up. We arrived back late that night tired after a long day and after showering we encountered a large roach in one of the bathrooms. All the other issues we had earlier that day had not been addressed by host. At that point we were extremely uncomfortable to continue our vacation in this home. So we quickly packed up and went to a hotel for the remainder of our visit. I again contacted the host and got a poor response. Refused to give a refund for the unused nights and negated our experience. Then the host ghosted me for days. I contacted Vrbo for a refund sending pictures of all our complaints including the big roach. I frequent in FL for I have family there and I have used Vrbo and air bnb’s I have never encountered roaches or unkept homes. The host knew we were coming the house should have been in Pristine condition. My vacation was interrupted due to this and I had to spend extra money.
