• The spa is integrated with the pool. The pool must be heated in order to enjoy the heated spa as we cannot separate the heating.
(Please note, when ambient temps are too low, the pool heater may not be able to keep up, in general we can heat the water to about 25-30 degrees higher than ambient air temperature)

The property has free access to the famous 16,000+ sq. ft Oasis Club as well as The Retreat Club. The clubhouse has a variety of amenities, include lazy river, waterslide, splash park, spa, restaurant, Tiki Bar, arcade, fitness center, movie theater, sand volleyball courts, tennis courts, basketball courts, etc

Two Greg Norman designed championship 18 hole golf courses. Guests of our home have access to the courses, but there is a fee to play golf.


Other things to note
FOOD: As per Florida law, we are not permitted to leave open food in the refrigerator or pantry - all food items will be removed after checkout and we unfortunately are unable to supply basics such as salt/pepper, condiments, coffee, etc.

POOL HEAT: There is an additional charge of $40/day for pool heating, which must be applied for the entire stay and paid one week before your arrival date.
Please note our pool heater is an electric HEAT PUMP and may not be able to fully heat the pool up to 88F during colder months between November through March if the surrounding air temperature is too low (at or below 55F degrees). Spa cannot be heated individually, the entire pool and SPA will be heated which may take up to 24 hours.
