***POOL SPA HEATING

There is a fee of $40 dollars a day for this service and it's a 2 day minimum. We recommend to inform us at least 48 hours prior to the check-in date

***GUEST ACCESS AND PARKING***

Guests will have access to the entire house for themselves. This house fits up to 3 cars in the driveway and there is overflow parking in various areas around neighborhood. But street parking is not allowed in some spots.

***BARBECUE GRILL/VACATION GEAR***

We provide a small 18 inches charcoal grill at no cost

If you need to outsource the propane gas grill or other gears please contact us for arrangements as we have a full variety of items available. ( Extra cost)

ENCORE AT REUNION: We do not offer access to club house or encore water park with this booking. This is house use only.


**PET POLICY***

Only small pets or under 40 pound dog allowed
$170 Pet fee for each animal
Only legal service dogs are exempt, we need proper documents to waive the fee.
Any damages caused by the pet or extra cleanings will be charged
