Cozy hotel room in Kissimmee, just minutes from Disney—perfect for up to 4 guests. Features 2 comfortable queen beds, private bath, mini-fridge, microwave, safe, hairdryer, and workstation. Enjoy free Wi-Fi, parking, on-site laundry, ATM, and vending machines. Located on the 2nd floor (no elevator). Guests must be 21+. A $22.70/night resort fee is paid at reception upon arrival NOT INCLUDED and covers pool access, grab-and-go breakfast, and daily Disney shuttle service.



The Space:

This 230-square-foot hotel room situated on the second floor provides a calm sanctuary for your stay. Relax in the comfort of two queen beds, a private bathroom, and modern amenities including Roku, microwave, and mini fridge. We provide soap, (no refill available) along with one towel per guest. We also offer a hair dryer, microwave, safe, mini refry, and workstation for your convenience. Onsite laundry facilities are available paying with coins.



The resort fee has been recently updated due to changes made to enhance the stay for all guests:

- All guests now have access to a new grab-and-go breakfast.

- Free daily shuttle service to Disney and Hollywood Studios Theme Parks is available for all guests.

- The newly opened pool is now accessible, with equipment provided, including umbrellas, loungers, and towels.



Guest access:

During your stay, enjoy full access to the hotel room and common areas, laundry facilities, ATM, vending machines, and a table with chairs in the lobby area for your convenience.



The room is located on the second floor, there is no elevator



Parking:

Complimentary open parking is provided onsite, subject to availability, first available. Please note that trucks, campers, motor homes, trailers, boats, and boat trailers are prohibited from parking on the premises.



Additional amenities:

Enjoy complimentary Wi-Fi throughout your stay. However, please note that housekeeping services, breakfast, and transportation are not included. Any additional package deliveries beyond the three complimentary ones will incur a charge of $10 each.



Kindly note that this room is privately owned within a hotel.



Check-in/check-out:

Check-in begins at 4:00 PM at the hotel front desk. At least one guest must be 21 years or older to check-in, and minors must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

Extra Resort Fee (not included in your reservation invoice): $14.70/day paying at the reception upon arrival.

Check-out time is by 11:00 AM. Please return the key to Reception before departure.

Tourist area, super close to the Disney parks, located on the main 192 US-Highway in Kissimmee. About 10 minutes from Disney's theme parks, 19 minutes from Universal Studios, 14 minutes from SeaWorld and Aquatica, and very close to many restaurants, stores, grocery stores, supermarkets, pharmacies and many attractions of Oldtown.

Nice Room

Overall, I was pleased with the room and large TV. The only things that were disappointing were the ICE machines were all nonfunctioning for a few days, and the swimming pool on the property non accessible.
