Beautiful and secure! Very close to Epic 5 min and universal is 10 min. Publix market and Dunkin and Chipotle right opposite and walkable. Has a great pool and strength and gym both of which we used. The condo comes with a starter kit of supplies such as dish washer, 2 coffee samples and trash bags and one small tube of shampoo, conditioner and body lotion. So you will need to replenish depending on the number of days and how many people are in your party. Overall, it was an excellent place to stay for the parks and around.

Spacious apartment in excellent location.Arrived and had check-in sorted within a few minutes - all directions and instructions were very clear.The apartment is very well equipped and is ideally located, in our opinion, as it is both close to the parks, has supermarket, shops and restaurants within walking distance as well as great facilities within the complex itself. All communication was very friendly and responsive both with the owner and the on-site management.Will definitely return when in Orlando again and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

Property in very good condition excellent position (just a few minutes from Universal / International Drive). Quiet location overlooking the lake. Short walk to the pool / bar. Larger pool / bar and gym available at main clubhouse just a few minutes away. Publix on the doorstep.

Perfect Getaway Spot – Clean, Spacious, and Comfortable!

We had a wonderful stay at this 3-bedroom condo! The space was clean, roomy, and thoughtfully designed, making it easy for everyone in our group to feel right at home. Each bedroom was cozy and well-furnished, and the beds were incredibly comfortable.Check-in was seamless—clear instructions and no stress. The location was great, with plenty to do nearby, but also quiet and relaxing when we wanted to wind down.Highly recommend this condo for families, friends, or anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free vacation spot. Great location, clean apartment

We really enjoyed our stay here. Everything was as described and the apartment was clean. The check in process was easy. The apartment is right next door to a supermarket and some takeaway places which were great to have there after a long day at the parks We used the pool several times which is just next to the apartment, it was great for our 4 year old as it was a good depth for him.

Great Unit, Super Convenient, and Very Clean

We enjoyed 10 days in this unit. It is super convenient to Discovery Cove, Aquatica, Sea World, and others. The unit was as described and very clean. The master mattress was nice, but a little firmer than I like. The guest bath needs a longer shower curtain so water doesn't come out of the shower. I would stay in this unit again!

Love vista cay

In town for aau national’s volleyball. The condo ( except for an internet and cable glitch) and new pool were perfect. 3rd year at vista cay and will definitely be back next year.

Excellent Condo and Location

Lovely and clean and very good sized Condo, catering for up to six. Location is perfect, with a 20 minute drive to all disney parks and the same to Universal. Very close to Sea World and Discovery Cove which were less than a 10 minute drive. Check in and out was simple and the room was lovely. Host Torgier was helpful and explained everything clearly on booking. Would definitely stay here again if coming back to Florida. Highly recommended

Close to all the parks

The condo was very spacious and there’s a super market right next to the complex. The pools are refreshing and clean. I would stay here again the next time I am in Orlando.

Perfect spot for everything

This is such a great spot. I went for work and my family went with me. It’s close enough to the convention center and still close enough to all the parks. Restaurants are relatively close and the market is walking distance. Even though the pool area was being remodeled the pool was open and they all got to hang out and sun bath by the pool. Love it and I’ll do the same place next time as well.

No communication

Spent over two hours trying everything to get the codes for entry. The phone number from reservation and internet kept saying number no longer in service. Had to quickly make other arrangements. Never stayed in unit. Now the owner wants to charge me.

Great property for girls' spring break weekend getaway!

This is the third time I've stayed at Vista Cay while attending a conference at the Orange County Convention Center, and I'm sure to stay again. I've always had a good experience. It would be nice if they could make extra towels and toilet paper more accessible for properties that are farther from the clubhouse, and this property needs the WiFi code posted somewhere so guests don't have to track down the owner for the WiFi password. Other than that, everything was clean and as described, and these units are more affordable and more comfortable than the hotels near the convention center. Being close to Publix and some restaurants is a great plus, but the pools and hot tubs are even better.

Great location, comfortable and well appointed property

The location of this property could not be beat for our purposes. We needed a fully supplied kitchen, which this property had. The rooms were well furnished and comfortable. Only complaint was that we had difficulty working the cable boxes and tvs. Seemed there were remotes missing, especially in the bedrooms. But overall, I would highly recommend this property and would gladly stay again.
