2/10 Terrible

"I’ve had to go back to the Front Desk about 9 times during my stay because the Keys were not working. The Front desk advised that they were working on it but never had the problem fixed for the whole 3 days of my reservation. I’ve made a complaint about the shower had on the same day that I’ve checked in. They fixed after 48 hours that the problem was reported. Very disappointed with my whole stay."

"The room was clean but outdated. The stairway light was out after Dark. We kept getting notices automatically that quiet time started at 10:00 p.m., we had to call the front office to get a party shut down in the pool bar at 11:00 p.m. even though the pool closed at 10:00 p.m. It was loud enough they should have heard it and put a stop to it earlier. Undecided if we would stay there again. Great location, lots of places to eat and things to do nearby. Seemed fairly safe."
