The Space:
You enter the property into a small hallway on the right-hand side you have the open-plan living room and dining room. The living room has an L-shaped sofa, coffee table, smart TV, fireplace, air-conditioning and 6-person dining table. Straight forward from the hall, you have the large kitchen that is equipped with all the necessary white goods as well as a dishwasher. There is also a utility room opposite the kitchen. To the left of the hall, there is a downstairs bathroom.
On the first floor, you have two bedrooms and a family bathroom. The master bedroom has a super king bed with bedside cabinets and built-in wardrobes and ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom has a king-sized bed as well as a bunk bed. Both of these bedrooms have air conditioning and small balconies.
On the top floor, there is a bedroom. The bedroom has a bunk bed and a sofa as well as a smart TV. From this level, you also access the private solarium.
To the rear of the property, you have a conservatory with an additional lounge area and a garden with a tiled terrace. Here there is also a 6-person table and chairs perfect for dining al fresco.
The front of the property faces the community pool, there is also a small tiled terrace with a 4-person dining table. The communal pool is large with lovely grassed surroundings, built-in parasols, and a separate children’s pool.

The Neighborhood:
This property is located in Playa Flamenca, a 5-minute walk from Zeniamar commercial centre. Within a 10-minute walk there is also a mini golf and the citrus commercial centre with more bars and restaurants to choose from.
Both Punta Prima and Cala Mosca beaches are within a 10-minute drive, but there are many more blue-flagged beaches on the Orihuela Costa. In the surrounding area, there are also many golf courses including Villamartin, Las Ramblas, Las Colinas and Campomor to name a few, all within a 30-minute drive. Zenia Boulevard, the largest open-air commercial centre in southern Costa Blanca is also a 10-minute drive from the property. Both Alicante and Murcia Airports are within a 40-minute drive from the property.

For stays of more than 10 nights, it is considered a seasonal rental in accordance with Decree Law 9/2024 of the Generalitat Valenciana, and a seasonal rental contract must be signed.
Please be aware that any arrivals between the 21:00 and 09:00 are subject to a 35€ late meet and greet fee which is paid locally upon arrival
