「We had to wait an agonizing 45 minutes just to check in to the hotel, only to find that our room wasn't even ready yet. It wasn't until we expressed our dissatisfaction that the staff—wearing visibly unhappy expressions—finally handed us the keys to our room. Consequently, just five minutes later, we checked out and left. It truly turned out to be an unpleasant and unlucky day.」

「The front desk staff were friendly, welcoming, and quick on check in / check out. The kitchen was fully equipped, which we really appreciated. Beach access was super close. It was quiet overnight too! The only thing I'd recommend is to bring your own pillow, unless you like the memory foam ones. All the pillows were memory foam. We will be back next time we plan a trip to Rockaway! 」

「We stayed in the king suite which was updated and spacious. I will choose an ocean view room next time. The rooms are not at all sound proof and you can hear everything going on in the hallway and neighboring rooms. Light and a slight breeze also come through the doors. I enjoyed the restaurant on property and the pool and hot tub. Overall it was a nice stay and I would stay here again.」

「Loved the beach access! Great hotel to stay at with kids as there is a nice pool, corn hole an outdoor Connect Four game on the patio. The breakfast had fresh fruit which is very rare with continental breakfasts! We will definitely be back next time we are in town!」

「Gorgeous location, Everything is very spread out so you must be up to lots of walking. Limited restaurant hours and no guest amenities in the lobby. A circuit blew so we lost power at 11:00pm. The pool has no changerooms or full showers or towels, and no robes are available so you have to walk soaking wet from pool to room. Pool itself is great. 」
